This 1972 Gustavsberg Christmas plate in blue and white features a pattern that depicts a gathering of birds. Behind the birds, tall blades of grass and leaves add a sense of nature and depth to the image, making the whole scene look lush and scenic. The Christmas plate, with a diameter of 20 cm, is made of Gustavsberg's specialty, bone china, making it not only a beautiful collectible but also an ideal lunch plate that can contribute to the festive atmosphere at Christmas lunches or as a delicate starter plate for Christmas Eve dinner.

This plate is the second Christmas plate from Gustavsberg. The plate has been made in a limited edition and has not been reproduced. The motif was created by the artist Sven Johnson.
