Each year on March 8 we celebrate International Women's Day. A day which is all about the rights and the women who throughout the years have fought for these rights.

 

This day is about the women who have changed, and who are still changing, the world. Whether it's through historic endeavours or minor, but just as meaningful, everyday struggles.

Today we are focusing on celebrating the women... And why not do so with these amazing figurines and plates that illustrates amazing women and their strengths.

That is how the Danish line of regents has been since Gorm the Old. With names such as Valdemar, Knud, Erik, Christian, and Frederik, men have been sitting on the Danish throne throughout history.

 

The two times the Danish regent has been female, the name has been the same: Margret(h)e.

 

Respected for their ingenuity and insight, the two Margret(h)es are worth celebrating, which you can do with these lovely plates. 

A female body is just wonderful and magical with all of it's functions and beauty. We believe that it's important to celebrate our womanliness and our strengts. - Here amongst the female body's many different shapes, sizes and uniquenesses.

A grand homage should be for the hard-working women. Those who work for themselves, for their close ones, for their passions and their ambitions. Those who pushes the limits and show exactly what they are made of, while also paving the way and being an inspiration for others, both now and in the past.
